Job Description:

Duties Include:


  • Efficient and timely reporting, maintenance and submission of all administrative forms, files and reports. Post rent to the computer tracking system.
  • Perform timely and accurate Bookkeeping functions as necessary.
  • Responsible for the inventory and ordering of all necessary administrative supplies and equipment for the property. Review invoices, vendor service, material charges, coding and processing for payment. 
  • Follow-up on outstanding balances of former residents and submit accounts to collections when necessary.
  • Lease to qualified prospects by showing available apartments.  Assist with the lease renewal program with initial contact and follow-up on residents.
  • Ensure efficient and courteous response to all resident requests. Assist the Property Manager in solving resident problems and on-going resident relations.


Requirements: We are looking for someone with two or more years related experience, HS/GED required, college a big plus. Experience working in the multifamily/apartment industry a big plus.
