  We are looking for an enthusiastic, diligent individual with a positive attitude to lead our Management team at our beautiful property Panther Effingham Parc located in Rincon, GA. This position is primarily responsible for managing the community in the most efficient and profitable manner possible given existing market conditions consistent with the goals and objectives of the company and community owners. This position is also responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the property. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  A high school diploma or general education degree (GED); a minimum of two year's management experience in residential property management is required. Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free Workplace. Must submit to a background check and drug testing if offered a position.
