Job Description:

A boundless opportunity for a motivated leader with 5+ years’ experience to manage our well maintained Central NJ community. As the Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for personnel development and management, delivering outstanding customer service, effective monitoring of all income including delinquency and compliance with all company policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Management of staff including the hiring, training, and the development of a dynamic sales team
  • Assist in the design and implementation of a successful and innovative sales and marketing program
  • Responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service while handling all resident issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Work hand in hand with the Management Team to identify and execute community goals and objectives
  • Effective monitoring and reporting of all income including a strong understanding of managing delinquency
  • Analyze and evaluate monthly/ quarterly financial statements
  • Work hand in hand with the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing the maintenance department budget, on going projects, maintenance requests and overall curb appeal of the property
  • Manage vendor relationships and performance
  • Maintain system for service requests and customer feedback
  • Ensure that policies and procedures as well as safety and compliance expectations are met



  • Bachelor degree strongly preferred, high school diploma required
  • 5+ years of experience as a Property Manager with a proven track record of achievement is strongly preferred
  • Proven proficiency in all areas of property management operations
  • Strong track record of leading and directing a successful site team
  • Ability to manage several tasks at once while remaining detailed and well organized.
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong financial, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Strong internet, word processing and spreadsheet skills preferred
