The Position: Aimco is hiring an Associate Manager at our Luxurious Malibu Canyon Apartments - 698 Premier Homes in Calabasas, CA!

Our ideal Associate Manager will be an industry front-runner and influencer who delivers extraordinary customer experiences. This position will assume management duties in the absence of the Community Manager and may have the opportunity to assist other properties in the absence of their Manager.


The Company: Aimco is a publicly traded Real Estate Investment trust, who provides quality apartment homes to our residents in twenty key markets across the United States. The Location: Our Malibu Canyon Premier Homes offer an upscale living with 4 resort style swimming pools, two fireplace lounges, 2- story fitness center, and a new tennis and basketball court.  Our Community is located near the Grand Palace Edwards Cinema, convenient shopping centers and surrounded by beautiful landscape and nature trails.


This position offers a competitive base, commissions, and a discount to live on-site!



  • Showing apartments and answering prospective residents’ questions about pricing
  • Prepare leasing agreements
  • Verify applications and follow up on applications including resident screening
  • Follow up on prospects and leads
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to place online ads and ensure signage is correctly positioned
  •  Maintain prospect records using proprietary online tools
