The 4-Star Challenge allows multifamily companies to access the Webinar Wednesday program, and if their teams do not rate the series at least an average of 4 out of 5 stars, they will be refunded after a period of three months. 

Here are the following conditions of the program:

  • Individuals are not eligible for this promotion.  Eligibility limited to companies with a minimum of 5 participating properties.
  • Access is limited to on-site teams, unless otherwise stated
  • The term of the 4-Star Challenge is 3 months. 
  • By participating in the 4-Star Challenge, the company is subscribing to the Webinar Wednesday subscription, which will continue until canceled with 30 days’ notice.
  • At the end of the 4-Star Challenge, if the average rating for the company is less than 4 stars, Multifamily Insiders will refund the entire 3 month payment related to the 4-Star Challenge.  (Refund limited to the initial 3 month term for the 4-Star Challenge)
  • Only ratings provided from live-webinar attendance through the post-webinar survey will be considered.
  • There must be a minimum of 20 ratings for the company to be eligible for the refund.
  • The minimum 20 ratings must include a rating from at least 3 different webinars during the 4-Star Challenge term.
  • In order to receive the refund, participating companies who are eligible to receive the refund must request the refund within 30 days following the end of the program’s 3 month period.
  • Participation in the program must start on or before January 1, 2022.
  • Multifamily Insiders will invoice in advance of the start date, and then quarterly beyond the initial term.
  • This program may not be refunded if Multifamily Insiders has reasonable concerns that ratings have been manipulated
