His enthusiasm was contagious and he had good points about how to better oneself. I liked the concept of LOVE - LISTEN - LEAD. By offering a broader approach with his discussion, he included diversity without focusing on it. Appreciated the real-life examples; especially more towards the end of the program.
Loved the approach to diversity and using it as an advantage. Rommel has great energy and it is infectious!
I like that they got back to the basics and talked about being kind, humble, and empathetic. I think that with the pandemic, job loss, and rents increasing more than I have ever seen them, tenants need that more than ever.
