AI and chatbots are in full swing in our industry, there's no denying it. AI can provide answers to a lot of questions and help prospects and communities 'qualify' leads. Pricing, availability, list amenities and fees, but it will never have the heart needed for our very people driven industry!

Spent several days in San Antonio and Austin honing our sales skills. The topic was telephone skills, a hot button in our industry since the dawning of multifamily!

Our focus was around identifying THE WHY behind your prospects move and leveraging that to guide the sales cycle. It's easy to be an AI and rattle off pricing and availability. It's human to connect their why to your unique community and help them find where they will call home!

We also had a blast sharing our aMAAzing new reposition property, MAA East Austin! The teams in Austin got to tour the before and after and I got to play like I was Chip and Joanna Gains!

Congrats on MAA East Austin property. I used to live in Austin, love that place.

AI does have its place, however it also gets in the way of Comp Calls forcing Leasing Associates to work twice as hard to collect comps for Market Survey Reports. Our technology is the solution. ?
