The Director of Operations Role:

In this role, you will lead a team to provide an engaging experience for our community, including developing online events, building social media engagement, and assisting our members collaborate and share information throughout the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of employees, freelancers, virtual assistants, and AI resources
• Design and implement scalable operational processes to enhance community collaboration and efficiency
• Identify, evaluate, and integrate new technological tools to support community engagement and operational workflows
• Develop comprehensive onboarding programs for new team members and clients
• Create and maintain robust reporting mechanisms to track and communicate company achievements and community impact
• Mentor team members through personalized career development plans that align individual goals with organizational strategies
• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure exceptional service and long-term partnerships

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time
• Location: Remote (Texas residents only)
• Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 per year
