Nature-Based Apartment Community Names
It never ceases to amaze me how many
apartment communities have a nature-based name, such as "Stone Crossing", "The Falls at XYZ", or "Pine Trails Apartments". At the same time, I find that many of these same communities have paid very little attention to the landscape architecture at their community. Seems like a big disconnect there...
Are there actual studies out there that shows prospects' preferences for nature-based names, or is it one of those situations of "that's always how we've done it"?
(I've also put up a poll to see how many communities actually do have nature-based names.)
