I bet most of us in the industry have used that line when discussing their fitness center, so it cracked me up hearing that same line from a real estate agent pitching a $67 MILLION dollar town home in Manhattan.

I changed that line to, "Our fitness center is a great supplement to whatever membership you may have -or a great place to start an exercise regimen." OR- "I have a membership to a gym but I love having one on site. It's so convenient and, for me, eliminates any excuse I may have for not getting there; like the weather." For me, this eliminates the word "saving" which does not apply to everyone.
