I've heard that. Like a lot.
Being part of "this generation," and someone who's constantly pushing myself and the teams I coach, I felt conflicted.
So the past 2 years I studied it.
I traveled across the country.
I trained leasing teams from coast to coast.
Here's what they're actually asking for:
- A CRM that doesn't look like it came with the first PC ever made (shoutout Entrata —still the best in 2025)
– Training that coaches directly to personality types, not just written policy that may be cobwebby
– Weekday structure that doesn't leave them hanging on by a thread by the weekend shifts
– Also, maybe Today's Top Hits playing in the office sometimes
That's not "needy" after all.
That's called building an environment where our new leaders can grow and thrive in.
I was built in a rad leasing office in Provo, Utah back in 2018.
It was so loud, fast, yet sharp—and we all moved as one.
This generation is hungry.
Mark my words, education and training will be next big business sectors within the next few years.
I train leasing teams across the country and share key information here. 🇺🇸
