We live in a world where how we treat people is increasingly important. Whether it's our residents, fellow employees, supervisors or owners, manners matter. But it's more complicated than what you may have learned at home or at school. The business world has its own "Rules of the Road." Who get's introduced to whom? How do I send a professional e-mail? What do you I do if a resident is screaming in my face? Are there things to be aware of when participating on a conference call? How do you I act when my supervisor takes me to lunch? This session will teach you some important interpersonal skills to not only help you feel more comfortable in various business settings, but may help you get promoted as well. After all - manners matter.
