We believe that there's a need to change the conversation all together. Loving the properties and profit is no longer exclusive of loving the renters we serve. There's a way of avoiding challenging concession obsession by altering the tools and services we use to operate our portfolios. We're beginning to see a significant balancing affect while not having to make such big sacrifices to get the renter in the door. Better to show continuous support and growth to the consumer through incremental proof points than one moment of discount that is forgotten months later.
