Angel Davila is a seasoned multifamily professional whose career began in 2006 as a porter after returning from deployment in the United States Marine Corps. With nearly two decades of hands-on experience, he now serves as the National Service Training & Performance Manager for Gables Residential, where he leads service education initiatives and drives performance standards across the organization.
Angel has held influential leadership roles, including serving on the Austin Apartment Association Board of Directors and chairing the HOME (Hands On Maintenance Education) Room for the Apartment Association of Metro Denver. In 2018, he was honored as the Texas Apartment Association Maintenance Professional of the Year, and in 2019, he received national recognition as the CAMT of the Year from the National Apartment Association.
He has traveled extensively throughout the continental United States, delivering maintenance and leadership training for a wide range of industry organizations.
