About Angel Davila
Angel Davila is a seasoned multifamily professional who began his career in 2006 as a porter after returning from deployment in the United States Marine Corps. With nearly two decades of hands-on experience, he now serves as the Regional Maintenance Supervisor for RMR Residential, overseeing operations across Colorado, Arizona, and Texas.
Angel previously served as a National Maintenance Trainer for a Colorado-based property management company operating in 23 states. He has held leadership roles including serving on the Austin Apartment Association Board of Directors and the AAA Education Foundation Board of Directors. In 2018, he was honored as the Texas Apartment Association Maintenance Professional of the Year, and in 2019, he received national recognition as the CAMT of the Year from the National Apartment Association.
He has traveled extensively throughout the continental United States, delivering maintenance and leadership training for a diverse range of industry organizations. These include the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, where he serves as a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Instructor, the North American Technician Excellence (NATE), the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES), and numerous apartment associations across the country.
