I've found success with the following:
1) Office Maintenance keeping information in the same place so they have to discuss together and things don't get missed - No blame game
2) Office team walking with Maintenance on turns and learning timeline and process
3) Maintenance team jumping in on tours to sell the community
4) Shared goals - office team can't rent apartments if they aren't ready. maintenance needs to understand the timeline that office is giving to prospects
