Looking for some insight. We use Yardi and are looking at buying a student housing property. I had heard that online application process doesn't work great with yardi student housing and housing end up with paper applications. Does anyone have any insight or experience with this? TIA

Not sure I understand the question. I am not familiar with the student housing module and the per bed set up. Was hoping to call on any student housing Yardi users in the group.

Stacy Shaw that answers my question. I didn't understand why they would be treated differently than regular multifamily (i.e. what would create the problem) but it sounds like there are different modules.

I used Entreat with a Student Housing site, and loved it! They are always updating features for better user experience, and the student functions worked great. Before I had left, they pushed an update that greatly improved the efficiency of the team when we had to do bulk unit assignments. The platform itself is very easy to navigate in my opinion, and has a more modern look feel than something like OneSite. Not too experienced with Yardi, but definitely loved Entrata!

I actually offered this to my teams and they declined. One tried it - but after 2 days they said nope - 10 hours on-site was too long. I have been having various contents and things giving everyone extra PTO to use at their leisure and on occasion
