I believe the ones we have in our newer buildings get used, but they're also typically integrated into amenities in the way that it's not their only use. They're typically part of amenity spaces that have multiple, often different types of seating areas that can serve as gathering spaces for residents or co-work areas.

Here's a little Friday funny.

A couple of days ago our new trash company in DC contacts our Regional Service Manager to let him know that they "found a body" in the trash container while picking up. He goes to the Regional who drops a call to contact the property and let others in the Ops Team know.
Police go to the property, investigate and share that what was leaking out of the container was not blood but Mambo Sauce.
