Happy Monday!I have been chewing on something for a bit a wonder if you can help me… looking to update our Team’s dress code policy as I think it’s written very 1999. (This is what I am wearing today, as I am the Marketing and Leasing Manager for our portfolio and work out of the corporate office.) What do you wear as a Leasing Professional or Property Manager in the office. Can you kindly drop a picture of what you are wearing, I need men and women examples and all ages. Thank you for your help.
Guest Insider We are a class B & C portfolio. Our dress code is the "local school district". If a teacher can wear it to teach then our office can wear it to provide customer service to our residents.

Laura Bruyere Alot of business casual here in St. Louis. Company polo's w/khaki's in spring/summer very popular, some jeans (especially on Fridays/weekends) fewer suits more relaxed attire than in years past, but depends on company & property type.
