This might be the WOWest of any WOW fridge ever! It’s at the Kipps Bay designer show house in Palm Beach, Florida. How the cabinets and drawers are filled is inspiring!

Excellent webinar with so much conflict management insight today. Anne is always so inspiring, isn’t she? (I wore one of my Anne necklaces.)

This is EVERYTHING! "Positive, meaningful engagement can set you apart in a saturated marketplace, pushing prospects to rent with you and it can help remedy resident situations when things don’t necessarily go as planned."

Congrats to everyone for making it through a full moon week and its associated property management craziness. What "we can't make this up" kind of thing happened at your community this week?

We had a resident come in the office and yell at the manager because she was asked to remove her old mattress from her balcony, though fortunately it was otherwise calm. 🌒🌑🌘

Becky Dotson Prospect called me and asked: "How much to rent the whole building? I am not a nice person and don't want neighbors." I thought it was a friends punking me - kept a straight face and did not laugh. I am pretty sure it was a real call. Of course, one that didn't come on a recorded line so no one else believes me. YCMTSU!

Stephanie Oehler Not this week but a full moon week of many moons ago.... I managed a 300+ unit community positioned on a large, long & narrow piece of land with train tracks running parallel to our property, hidden by strategically placed trees. This was a busy line so there was no hiding the train noise. In fact, we leaned into it for the most part (think train themed mini-models, etc.). So one full moon week, a new resident came busting into my office with a major complaint. She was sure her neighbors were trying to scare her by playing ghost train noises. She said she heard train noises and train whistles all day and night (very true), but she never SAW A TRAIN. The full moon is the only explanation for why it didn't occur to her that there was an active train track adjacent to the property. Once I pointed out the tracks on the site map (which was included in every leasing packet & move in packet...), she turned red and thanked me while rushing back out of my office. She turned out to be an... Show more
