Previously a commercial real estate agent and associate with a leading commercial real estate services firm, his career began in wealth management with firms Morgan Stanley (Houston, TX) Merrill Lynch (Houston, TX) and PNC Investments. Additionally, he’s held positions in lending, accounting and asset management.
Will is an active member in the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, currently serving as Chairperson for the Young Professionals Network, a committee member for the Kentucky Real Estate Alliance (KCREA), a Board Member/ Trustee for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, member of Brotherhood of St. Andrews at St. Francis In The Fields Church, member of the National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution and a former Board Member of the Parks Board for the City of Brownsboro Farm.
Will is native Louisvillian with deep family roots to the city. His family’s business was McKinney Construction Co. He is a graduate of St. Xavier High School and the University of Louisville, and a veteran of the U.S.

My approach to property management is very hands on, I'm deeply involved with an owner's property. The process includes frequent property visits, strict vendor and contractor followups, ongoing tenant communication, random checks of building's roof, plumbing, and mechanicals. Because of my professional background in construction and HVAC, significant time and energy is spent on the physical well being of client properties. My financial background in wealth management and investments conditioned me to consider the client's ROI as a critical priority. My entrepreneurial take to managing assets by “partnering” with clients and working together is designed to maximizing the value of their investments and reduce operating costs to a minimum.
