Guest Insider I think a lot of it depends on the overall atmosphere of the community you work in also. Obviously someone who works in low income areas may not want to dress too professionally because I think it can be hard to gain peoples trust like that. Alternatively, if you work in a really high end area, probably best to tuck.

Whether you collect or not who knows.
Say a resident left water running and flooded units. They were negligent. Your insurance would or should pursue recovery.
A kitchen fire might be harder to prove negligence.
