This is a first. Resident reported a broken window to previous management 2 years ago; window wasn’t fixed and resident did nothing. This is now his second squirrel’s nest in his home.
How do you live like that?!?!
As an fyi I just started managing this property a month ago and as it’s only a six family I visit once a month.

Oh wow. Super glad you're working to fix it. Idk HOW the resident lived that way. If they are okay with that.... I wonder what else is wrong in their apt.
