Every Fourth of July weekend I always think of this one prospect who called me six years ago. He was interested in an apartment but only wanted to “try it out” for the holiday weekend. He was just baffled that he couldn’t “try it out” before applying and leasing it. Like a test drive?? 😂 Still to this day I feel like I was trolled 🤣🤦🏼♀️
