Hello Everyone! Anyone good with design/ideas?! This is the front desk at my property that used to be for the concierge which we no longer have. I don’t want this to be a wasted space. Any ideas what we could do with it. (No construction or painting.) thanks for any ideas!
I am brand new to MFI and the Multi Family market and have spent a a lot of time recently on properties watching staff do their thing. I am so impressed at how the people I've met deal with what seems to be non-stop problems and a wide range of personalities (generous description).
