Looking for some ideas on what to offer tenants who will be inconvenienced during the building’s elevator replacement. It’s a 3 floor apartment building, 25 units, only 18 units occupied due to unit renovations going on as well. We are considering lowering their rent, providing trash pickup on their floors to eliminate them having to take it to the outside dumpster, and allowing them to end their lease without penalty.
