Although I've been working from home since March 2020, my teams maintain our properties 7 days a week. I think that staggered scheduling would work IF we're optimally staffed and we all know how that is going these days. One question that we'd have to address is how will working parents make it work IF they have to retrieve their children from school or daycare options if offices/schedules require a 10-hour day?
