Awe I am so sorry girl. It might not help, but I asked a PM on the podcast what she does to get to the other side of a bad day and it was comforting. If you wanna you can hear it here - go.lethub.co/MFI-PMM-S1E1. I didn't include this in the record but she was dealing with just awful residents, and her bosses were pushing her hard. I am in the same place right now and it helped to hear her.
