Hiring the right person
We go through a very strict hiring practice, but still having issues. People start and then no show on day 3. We run a personality test to see if they are a good fit for each position. Then run a background on each individual. We greet them with warm hello's on day 1. We have found a small way to entice them to stay. We do daily check ins with them for the first week.
