And honestly? Both count.

1. Protect and amplify the voices around me. Not by speaking for them, but by helping them find their own voice and be confident enough to use it.
2. Challenge comfort zones and uncover erosion. In...The most dangerous thing in sales or in life, for that matter, isn’t rejection…

2. Challenge comfort zones and uncover erosion. In prospecting, in the pipeline, in retention, in team dynamics. Choosing one focus each day, looking with a fresh lens, and refusing to let “good enough” live here.
3. Leave people better than I found them. Inside the company, outside in the market, every conversation, every interaction, every. single. time.
