Amenities - HELP!!
We have a building with zero amenities except for a small outside seating area. So no gym, club room, etc. The only thing we do have going for us is the building is brand new and nice.
Does anyone have ideas for what we could add or do to make the community attractive to apartment hunters vs the competition with amenities? Please donât suggest putting the rooms on a discount, all of us can lease up a building that is priced...Amenities - HELP!!

Iâm looking for creative ideas like buying e-scooters and checking them out at the leasing office, partnerships with nearby businesses that we put on a membership card. etc.

I wanted to share a story, I over see a community of 1115 apartments homes that has 5 towers and approximately 3000 people, I am blessed with a staff of 35 to 40 depending on season and full staff. Iâve been with these amazing people for 4 years and for the first time ever they were able to bring their daughters to their first Daddy Daughter Dance and Mommy Daughter Dance. These are committed professsioanls who needed extra time off and much...I wanted to share a story, I over see a community of 1115 apartments homes that has 5 towers and approximately 3000 people, I am blessed with a staff of 35 to 40 depending on season and full staff. Any tips for busting residents who illegally AirBNB their apartments (short of booking them yourself)? It's a lease violation with us as it is at most communities. We have a few active listings at my property and I want to bust them stat. Most of them are using our model photos.
