Has anyone ever used Parcel Pending Package Lockers?
If is what are the pros and cons?

Nikki Carbine we have Amazon Hub right now and we make all carriers use it. Either leave at resident door or in the Hub. Biggest downfall is Amazon customer service sucks and it’s not integrated with our Realpage software.I know Parcel Pending will integrate with our software but worried about the customer service.

Kassy Ivins they are relatively quick with replying to emails and they’re nice, my only issue is that they make me go over and fix the system myself, which being that I run a 424 unit community, I do not have time for that.

Kassy Ivins we have parcel pending and it is worse than your hub, same issue with Amazon. Residents are charged if packages are not removed in 24 hours

Does anyone provide cable and Wi-Fi for their residents? We include cable, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, smart nest doorbell, smart nest thermostat, and valet trash. All that’s included in our $85 a month amenity fee.
