However, it looks like a quantum leap in investment over a small container garden the residents use on a balcony or even hydroponics with grow lights. Start small and grow big is what I always say. lol
Brent WilliamsClifton Hartsuff so I asked my wife who is very active in the gardening community where we are, and she said that there is a Master Gardener program that is nationwide, but controlled at the county level. She said they need a certain number of volunteer hours each year to maintain that, so you might be able to find someone for free to come out, with maybe a gift card as a thank you. That doesn't address the question of whether the residents would like it, but I think that is probably very community-specific on the resident profile. Hope that helps!
