For those using Elise AI, how are you getting it to quote effective rent with concessions included without updating pricing in Yardi?
Example: We’re offering 10 weeks free on 1-bedrooms. Market rent is $2,000, but the effective rent comes out to about $1,500. We’d prefer the AI to quote the $1,500, but updating pricing in Yardi impacts our GPR. Has anyone found a workaround or solution for...

Do you have a waitlist unit type you can set to $1500 and direct the elise team to pull the rent from the waitlist unit type rather than the standard 1BR unit type while the special runs?

Are you talking only Elise AI or your all your ILS posted effecive rents. Elise AI you have to manually update specials in your knowledge. I have not heard of an auto API yet with Yardi or any of the PMS platforms yet on the specials module. I know there is a known issue with certain ILS' providers able to post effective rents right now too. Following...👀
