In Cinicinnati Ohio. Im house hacking in a 4 unit multifamily building. I have one of my units listed on Facebook. A Potential tenant is inquiring about it.
He has a picture of a rifle with a snake in his background profile picture and a picture of a handgun on his chest. I do not want guns on my property, so I really don't want to offer it to him. As a novice, how should I decline him tactfully?
Does anyone have a brief, polite response that they use when residents request that you send out an email blast on their behalf? The request I receive most often is about lost packages. I just had a resident call me to tell me that someone entered her apartment yesterday and left a DEAD dog on her couch. They laid it there and covered it's face. It freaked her out so she spent the rest of the day in her bedroom. She didn't sleep all night. She called Animal Control this morning because the 'dog' was starting to smell. However ~~ when she went out to the kitchen, the dog was gone. Oh ~ she wants her locks changed.
