Looking for opinions on Apartment List. They seem to bring in an extraordinary amount of leads and a low lease rate for us. How are they able to double even triple what other major ILS's do? Thinking about cancelling. Would love thoughts.

Ask them to split their "Love it" leads from their "high intent" leads. Long story short, favoriting a property sends a contact even if the prospect didn't actually mean to send one and was just sorting the list. You don't want those coming to you directly, they can go into the AptList AI to be worked. You just want the leads with "high intent" aka leads that actually hit a contact button, not just a heart.

Thank you! I’m more curious on other’s experience with the amount of leads in comparison to other ILS’s. With us, we have a great lead to lease rate for every source except Apartment List. It’s something we’ve been watching for almost a year now.
