If you build systems that respect the individual and uses AI to free up time and resources, then we all win. I don't think many are thinking empathy and lived experience when creating AI - but that is what we excel in - so take the grunt work away so the PM can concentrate on what matters.

I agree. Leasing itself isn’t disappearing, it’s evolving. The role is becoming more strategic, not less relevant. High performers don’t get replaced; they grow beyond the traditional leasing role because the expectations are expanding.

Guest Insider Katie, I selected Entry Design. but the honest answer is that it only holds if the operations behind it match the promise it makes.
A beautifully designed entry tells a prospect what to expect. What they find next either confirms it or quietly contradicts it. From the facilities side, that gap between the visual and the operational is where leasing decisions actually get made.
The exterior sets the standard. Everything else either defends it or erodes it.
