Guest Insider Donna, I absolutely love this! I was employed for 88 days at a new company where I encountered favouritism by a bully manager. When I brought my concerns up to HR they were fluffed off. Donna Hickey - Lee Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm truly sorry to hear about the challenges you faced in your short time at the company. It’s incredibly disheartening to encounter favoritism and bullying, especially when you felt your work was recognized by the COO. The way HR handled your termination is concerning, and it’s understandable that you felt unsupported by leadership. It's frustrating to invest time and effort into a position only to be met with such treatment. Your feelings of disappointment are completely valid, and no one should have to endure a toxic work environment. I hope you find a workplace that values your contributions and fosters a positive culture. If you ever need to talk or share more about your experience, I'm here to listen. 🥰
