It’s funny what counts as a “good day” in property management. 😂
A good day isn’t when everything goes perfectly.
It’s when…
✔️ Nobody quits.
✔️ There are no major emergencies.
✔️ Maintenance isn’t putting out fires all day.
✔️ You actually get to finish at least one thing on your to-do list.
The bar is low… but somehow those are the days that feel like a huge win. 😅

Curious if anyone else has noticed this…
I think two things that often limit leasing success are:
1. Not having a show-ready apartment that helps prospects visualize themselves living there.
2. Not getting out into the community and foot marketing consistently.
What’s one leasing strategy that’s consistently brought in qualified traffic for your community?
