What?, I've encountered countless ways of wrong. Round seats on oval toilets and oval seats on round toilets. I've seen toilet seats without toilets.
I thought I'd encountered every possible way to do wrong, but this particular arrangement is visually unappealing and triggers my OCD.

If I complained about this to my maintenance and property manager - their response would be - We’re not an “A” class property 🙄
