Casey Hingtgen Hi Chanin - Thanks for the suggestion! How does Roost handle equal treatments laws? Is the deposit split evenly among all of the roommates when it's returned? What if only one person paid it upfront?

Chanin Ballance Hi Casey, we'd love to partner with Whale for roommates. All roommates can allocate any way they want if they all e-sign and agree. It's a super simple flow and intuitive user experience. In addition, payment details are posted the the resident ledger for a complete record in the property management system. Let us know how we can help!
