Resident comments!!! Cleaning up a property after the previous manager is always tough! Past due invoices, revamping staff, disgruntled residents etc …….sigh ????

Cart rentals for the residents in midrise or single level communities. Like shopping carts or the valet type carts from hotels. The carts are too expensive for properties to afford, but if they had a stand where they could rent one for 15 minutes from a third party vendor then it would solve a need.
