Hi, Can anyone share what their property managers, leasing agents and maintenance staff make per hour or annually? Please include commission structure and positive review bonus structure as well. I am going to market to find out if our current structure is similar to others.
For reference, we have multifamily properties in Boone, NC that mostly is for student housing. We start at $9.88/hr and our commission structure with rates are below. 

New Leases 
Procuring 

Property Manager, Asst. Property Manager and Full Time leasing agents: $62.50
Part Time Leasing Agent: $50

Non-procuring
Property Manager, Asst. Property Manager and Full Time leasing agents: $12.50
Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Tech: $5.00

Renewals
Property Manager, Asst. Property Manager and Full Time leasing agents: $22.50
Part Time Leasing Agent: $5.00
Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Tech: $20
