I have a strong background in organizational management and customer service which I believe well prepares me for this position.
Prior to property management, I spent several years as a licensed insurance agent serving customers and achieving award winning sales and customer service inside the Nationwide Insurance network. I carried the same drive and motivation into my career in property management maintaining the highest level of customer service while consistently exceeding the performance metrics outlined by the company.
Success requires that one assesses, understands, plans, organizes and delivers on the needs of the customer – both internal and external. I work well inside larger organizations and have a successful history of applying company policies and procedures to everyday situations resulting in positive outcomes. I enjoy the energy of fast-paced environments and have a high attention to detail and deliveries on deadlines.
