Happy Friday! I'm teaching Leasing 101 for the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando next week. Are there any hot leasing tips you wish to share? ????
Joei LemacksI recently shopped some comps and what drew me in the most was 1. Energy - when the agent was happy, enthusiastic, and personable it made a big impression 2. Etiquette - the ones who stood and walked towards me with a great greeting made me feel important and welcomed 3. Genuine - I could easily see those who were faking their happiness at work and those who really enjoyed being there and had passion for their work. I know those might not be considered "hot" or "new", but they really made an impactful impression.
Kiki Clarke"what research have you done on us?" is a new question I've heard to start some engagement from Matt with Leasing University. But I do agree with the above! Energy & Connection - positive touch points, how can you get them to smile and have their experience be memorable.
Lori AgudoKiki Clarke yes my friend! Love Matt! Great question - will certainly use it in class ???? Thanks!
