I am fairly new property manager and I was interested in purchasing a maintenance software for my properties. Do you have any recommendations on which software performs better? Is more cost-efficient? I apologize for the randomness of this inquiry but I honestly didn't find any other outlets that offered the information.

what is each charging you? I am working with my Regional Manager to decide which company we should look at, but i'm trying to get an idea for pricing. Thanks.

Just saw this and we are investigating as well. Did you decide on Yardi? We use them and have their pricing but would be interested in your decision as well as getting an idea of what Property Solutions was looking to charge for comparable solution. Thx.

Our company uses Yardi Genesis and we got on board with PS portals about 2 years ago- it's been a fantastic service at a great price, and keeps getting better and better. The integration is rock solid- we haven't had any major problems.

I would also checkout www.handteq.com. They're up and coming and build everything for the mobile phone first. Best prices i've seen and they'll customize too.
