I have to take a cell phone picture, email it to my office, and type up the notice when I get back.

Rose- It is a software to assist Property Managers manage all the resident violations of the property. By documenting the violation, taking a picture, and automatically batching the violations and send Violation Fines, it makes the process go much smoother. Perhaps I am using the wrong terminology- what do you call this functionality.
