Leasing Professional is one that has stood out to me. I never liked the term agent and consultant gives too much room for residents to feel they are their therapist.
Leasing/housekeeper/coffee machine tech/cleaner/porter to pass out notes door to door/package delivery and mail specialist/laundry representative lol the list goes on and on
In these days of high retention I’d like to bring back “resident representative” it also helps our owners know that “leasing” is not the only function of the job
