They would have to align with personal beliefs. Ie looking out for residents and not trying to apply big cookie cutter mentality to an area of a small town

I would be motivated by the type of projects being built, that is housing that is truly affordable through sustainable and cause conscious design targeted for low and moderately low income families and households. Having a track record and an existing pipeline for such projects.

To work for a company where you are not just a number, they actually know you by name. A company that has comradery and superiors that support and not talk down to you. To be honest with you I have only worked for 2 companies in my 30 years that had all of that and they were UDR and Capstone Real Estate Services.
