We have been very successful with our “Good Neighbor Mo’Money” campaign! We send out flyers and door hangers showing the resident that they can pretty much select their new neighbors all while making some extra cash!!! Another good thing is to associate the referral with the holiday, such as make some extra cash to buy that special gift.

We use door hangers/bandit signs to advertise our resident refferal. We also give a $500 check to the resident. This is the only apartment community that I have worked at that actually gives a check and receives resident referals. It is trully amazing what money will do. Also keep in mind if you have a good community, maintenance team, onsite team, and resident events they will refer their friends and family.People love to show off where they live and live close to friends.
